Before the start of any project or maintenance work, we will carry out a site visit to assess the conditions of your property. Some of the things we take into consideration are:
- Soil type, condition and nutrient content
- Sun direction
- Existing vegetation
- Underground electrical lines and water pipes
- Drainage
- Water flow pathways
This is to make sure we have all the information necessary to move forwards with whatever work that needs to be done.
After we have completed the site visit, we will then discuss your landscape’s and your own specific needs. First, we will address the types of services you need. They include:

Once we have created a design brief of the landscape, we will begin the process of designing it.
The first step is to create a conceptual perspective to include the types of plants structures and how they will be look together. From there we will generate the total design plan of the entire landscape based on the concept.
We will keep you updated at all key steps of the design process so you can provide feedback if you wish.
Once we have the completed design, total project cost, materials list and work schedule, we will agree upon a start date and commence the work at such time. The work will be done safely, professionally and in a timely manner to reduce the impact of it into your daily life or company’s operations.
As with the design phase, we will also be providing you with updates at key steps during the progress of work that is to be carried out.
AFTER CARE

Your new landscape will have a warranty period as well as a complimentary service window of 1 month where we will do regular visits to ensure that there are no issues.
At the end of this window, we will begin Landscape Management to maintain and steer the fresh landscape to its intended established form.
